Empowering Teens with ADHD, Anxiety, and Depression to Succeed Academically and Confidently.

We understand how ADHD and anxiety impact learning systems of executive functions, working memory, sustained attention, etc.

We also know how math or test anxiety can erode a teen’s math confidence and create barriers to math success.

That’s why we provide specialized education strategies to help students overcome these challenges and thrive.

Around here, I only teach you what has worked for my clients (and my son); all of whom have a diagnosis of ADHD, anxiety, or depression.

These skill-building and coaching interventions are specifically designed to address the special education and skill gaps created by anxiety, depression, or ADHD.

Empowering Students with Personalized Academic Strategies
Our program provides assistance with academic-related anxiety and supports students with IEPs, 504 Plans, or other special education accommodations. We focus on helping teens who have ADHD, anxiety, or depression develop adaptive learning systems tailored to their unique strengths and challenges, empowering them to thrive in school and beyond.

Through a structured, phased approach, students gain the tools they need for academic and personal success:

  1. Assessment & Planning
Individual needs are identified, and strategies are aligned with IEP or 504 Plan goals to ensure students receive targeted support for their unique learning profiles.

  2. Neurodivergent Learning Strategies
Students build essential skills tailored to their needs, including organization, focus, and time management, using evidence-based strategies specifically designed for neurodiverse learners.

  3. Addressing Academic-Related Anxiety
Students learn to identify triggers related to classroom stress, tests, and homework. They practice coping skills to manage anxiety effectively, enabling them to approach their academic work with confidence.

  4. Ongoing Support
Teens receive consistent guidance to apply and refine their new skills, fostering independence and building long-term habits for success in school and beyond.

This program is about more than improving grades—it’s about equipping students to overcome barriers, manage academic-related anxiety, and unlock their full potential.

Speaking as a mom first...

Many of the challenges our teens face stem from feeling overwhelmed, fearful of failure, and tangled in intense emotions rather than purely academic struggles. They often describe this as one overwhelming "blob" of frustration that leaves them stuck. When this happens, assignments pile up, they scramble to catch up, and the stress continues to build—leaving them feeling defeated and disconnected from school.

It’s heartbreaking to witness this cycle, but with the right blend of structured care, understanding, and skill-building, it’s possible to help them regain confidence and create sustainable academic success. Our program provides the tools and strategies teens need to break free from this pattern, empowering them to feel capable and in control again.
