For the past 13 years, most of the people I've worked with don't have a knowledge problem. They know the material. What breaks down is access — their ability to retrieve and apply what they know when the pressure is real and the clock is running. That's a performance problem, and it's what I've spent my career learning how to solve.
I specialize in state licensing and professional certification exams, with deep experience in the performance barriers that often go unaddressed: nervous system dysregulation, working memory strain, and executive function challenges. I've worked extensively with people navigating ADHD, anxiety, and math anxiety; not because those are the only people I help, but because those are often the people whose real barriers get missed by standard test prep.
My approach isn't tutoring. It's performance training. Short-term, targeted, structured practice built around your specific test date and your specific barriers.
If you've studied hard and failed by less than 10 points, this is why.
Most retakers are losing 3–5 points from one of five performance patterns but even though they know the material, they struggle to access it under pressure.

We all do this: doubt ourselves right when it matters most. But why?
Like a lot of the women I work with, I know what it feels like to be capable and still doubt yourself. To work hard and then freeze when it counts. Mistakes and missteps can work their way into how we see ourselves.
This work is my contribution to a different outcome.
When women rise, generations rise.
That's not a tagline for me.
It's the reason I do this work.
